DismissTicketExpress (hereinafter DTE) takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously
sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties.
Information We Collect.
In order to register for the course, a student must provide certain personal information such as a name,
driver's license number, citation information, address, phone number, and email address. In order to
make a payment for the course, a student must provide personal financial information such as credit
card number or bank account information if paying by check. Also there are some security questions
that let a student proceed from one chapter to another while taking a course. All of the personal
information mentioned above is necessary to process transactions and have a student complete the
coursework painlessly. Should a student lose or forget a password to log back into a DTE, we issue
a new password and send it via email. Email is also used to contact you should the need arise in
administering your account.
Customer Service Correspondence
Should DTE get any type of correspondence from the student including faxes and emails, all such
information is retained in the records of the student's account.
We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential
fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.
We use IP addresses, browser types and access times to analyze trends, administer the site, improve
site performance and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
